Welcome to MyFruit! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Order & Acceptance
All orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order if ingredients are unavailable, in which case we will notify you immediately for a substitution or refund.
2. Freshness Guarantee & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, slight variations in size, color, and sweetness may occur. If your order arrives damaged or severely compromised, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will gladly arrange a swift replacement or store credit.
3. Delivery Policy
We deliver across the Klang Valley (Petaling Jaya, Subang, KL, Shah Alam, Klang). Delivery times are estimates, and while we strive for punctuality using local logistics partners, unforeseen traffic or weather situations may cause slight delays. Re-delivery resulting from an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable will incur an additional delivery fee.
4. Modifications
SKK Fruit Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Pricing on our catalogs and quotations is subject to change without prior notice, except for finalized, paid orders.
