Delivery fees are calculated based on your exact location in the Klang Valley. When you WhatsApp us your order and address, we will provide a transparent, upfront delivery quote using our trusted logistics partners (like Lalamove or Grab).

You can certainly schedule a delivery for a specific date! While we cannot guarantee exact-minute delivery times due to traffic, you can select a preference for a Morning (10 AM - 1 PM) or Afternoon (2 PM - 5 PM) delivery slot.

Our delivery rider will attempt to contact the recipient. If they are unreachable, the basket will be left at the reception/guardhouse (if permitted) or returned to our shop. Re-delivery attempts will incur an additional delivery charge.
