We offer delivery across the entire Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, and Klang.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your exact location in the Klang Valley. When you WhatsApp us your order and address, we will provide a transparent, upfront delivery quote using our trusted logistics partners (like Lalamove or Grab).

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM (subject to fruit availability). For urgent requests, please call or WhatsApp us directly.

You can certainly schedule a delivery for a specific date! While we cannot guarantee exact-minute delivery times due to traffic, you can select a preference for a Morning (10 AM - 1 PM) or Afternoon (2 PM - 5 PM) delivery slot.

Our delivery rider will attempt to contact the recipient. If they are unreachable, the basket will be left at the reception/guardhouse (if permitted) or returned to our shop. Re-delivery attempts will incur an additional delivery charge.

We take pride in our quality. If your fruit basket arrives damaged or the fruits are severely compromised, please contact us via WhatsApp with photos within 4 hours of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit.
